		<description>Yup, great idea Telkom... how about some support on your new service though?

My wife and I also opted in for the electronic invoice as it&#039;s just the better way to go for the environment, plus you can have quick access to archived digital invoices whenever you need them.

Only problem we&#039;ve had for the last 4 months is getting Telkom to put the correct details on our invoices which they seem unable to do.

So instead, each invoice we get has a random title appended to her maiden name making the invoice out to a man or woman that does not exist... at least that we&#039;re aware of.

Now try and show proof of residence when you only have 1 utility bill with your name on it... and it&#039;s not your name???

Thanks Telkom, always fantastic working with you.

And a big thanks to the lady in Telkom legal for telling me that I&#039;m in this situation because I did not get the surname of the people I&#039;ve spoken to on the phone and that I should hurry up and send her my details cause she wants to go on holiday on tomorrow.

You&#039;re all a bunch of gems.</description>
