Binary toys

This deserves some serious pimpage.

binarytoys

My friend Neb has just launched binary toys, a collection of interactive windowless virtual toys (10 by default with an import option) made up of springs, muscles, and masses.

Originally created by Soda, based on simple physics, these toys exhibit complex behavior and are surprisingly life-like.

Life-like to the point that you genuinely feel sorry for them when they get themselves into a tangled mess (either on their own or by your intervention) and then have to drag one of their limbs across the width of your desktop.

Download them here (150kb exe) for endless hours of desktop distraction fun.
