dude that sh*t is hilarious! if there’s one way to get with a lady, it’s by telling her that you dig her more than a fat boerewors, classic.

Hmm… the layout and options on the send form look a lot like what I did on Volkswagen’s E-cards a few years ago – damn thief!! :)

All good though, looks great.

Ahh seems like the domain name hasn’t fully propogated for some. Try with or without the “www” if it’s not working for you, otherwise try again later.

RobC: it was a weekend rush job, maybe next time we’ll have more.

Wa: nice try!

How about:

“Love you lots, like Jelly Tots”. With a picture of the little sugary guys.

Yeah – pretty neat coda. The only (and very minor) gripe I have is that you have to mouse over the symbols to see the images… luckily it loads pretty quickly. Also i’ve notice that I can’t access any of the sites hosted by maxmi from work… which is unfortunate as I’d love to send the link around the office.

NEWAYZ > keep up the gr8 work.

Thought you might want to know that the tooltips don’t show up in Firefox. The reason is that IE uses the value of the ALT attribute as the tooltip while Firefox and other standards compliant browsers use the TITLE attribute as the tooltip, as the HTML spec suggests, only displaying the ALT in the placeholder until the image loads. To make tooltips work everywhere it’s a good idea to include both the ALT and TITLE attributes.

Cheers.

Thanks Steve, I wasn’t intending for any tooltips to appear though.

Interestingly enough, one of my colleagues said it was the tooltips that made it funny.

Yeah that is interesting, thanks. Although the tooltips are just text versions of the visuals on the e-cards.. which I hope was funny too. ;)
