Cape Town Foreshore!
I haven't had much opportunity to get online over the past few weeks, and when I have then it's only been for e-mail and banking, so I guess a blog is in order.
My month back home has reaffirmed how I feel about SA; I can't wait to settle down here again. Cape Town Foreshore!
What an interesting day. On my drive up the N2 on route to Still Bay, I managed to shred a tyre which also resulted in damage to my rear bumper and my number plate flying off. A few hours later, I swam across the Goukou river mouth and got stung by blue bottles or something - there were little blue thingies attached to my feet. But they're ok now. And just now, the moth shadow that I thought was flying above my head this whole evening has turned out to be a bat...!
March is going to be huge in terms of work, which might come as a shock to my system considering I haven't done a full day's worth since September! But I'm strangely looking forward to it. But this Friday is what I've been waiting for - R.E.M.'s first concert in Africa. And then I fly back to London on the 8th.
Lastly, Birthday wishes to elMarko for today. Have a goodie!

Paul’s picture of Table Mountain is beautiful.
So when are you moving back to South Africa for good?
