The rain in London falls mainly on Damien

It's time to get an umbrella - it started raining (not wimpy drizzle) today for the first time since arriving. Actually just a couple of hours ago. I got to my tube station after work and it was closed. Apparently a major power failure affecting south London. Only, I'm not really in South London. I haven't lived here long enough to judge if this is a regular occurence, so I'll just shrug it off this time.Back at the office now. I'm armed with a pie and a scrumpy jack, while I wait for the congestion on the buses to subside. Waiting in the rain while all the buses pass you by because there's no space is not my idea of a fun evening. That, and everyone waiting with you nominate you to answer all their route-related questions. Read the freakin route map, people! I clearly don't look touristy enough.
