New ‘Users’ album at digicam.coza

I've added a new Users album to digicam.coza - open to anyone who wishes to upload an image of any kind, ie. you don't need to be registered to upload your picture or photo, or whatever. It could be kinda interesting. Go wild! And if you can think of a better name for the album, please let me know.

Also you'll notice I have finished the redesign of digicam.coza - minus a few bugs here and there.
