On blogs and blogging

Some guy has a blog over at bradchoate.com.
His daughter has a blog. She is 3 years, 4 months and 27 days old.
His son has a blog too. He is 4 months and 12 days old.

This must be 100% devotion at work, but I can't help think it's scary in a crazy kind of way, and in more ways than one. For example: with so much information available online, why would you ever want to meet them IRL?

In other places, the Third Annual Weblog Award finalists are up.

The Bloggies are publicly-chosen awards given to weblog writers and those related to weblogs in 30 categories.

For this contest, a "weblog" is a page with dated entries that has a purpose (in whole or in part) of linking to other sites. For instance, sites that are intended to be just personal journals or site news pages are not eligible.

Look! There's a "Best european or african weblog" category. Look! They're all European! Ah well. *Could've* been fun if we had known.

One more thing: I have a few site tweaks and exciting projects in mind which I'll be working on over the next couple of weeks, so expect less frequent posts and more frequent enhancements. While I'm at it, let me know what you would change about this site... for interests' sake. ciao!
