A group of ad agencies and internet website design companies have taken FCB Electric Ocean to task for indulging in what they call a bogus pitch.
Electric Ocean argued that putting out bogus pitches was an industry norm; the practice was not illegal and that they were willing to share the high-level "research" with the rest of the industry.
