As an Englishman I would like to say everything is funny and nothing is sacred. Just think Ricky Gervais at the globes - get over yourselves already. Off the soap box now. I have a paper copy of this from the 1970's but the new stuff is even funnier. Favourites: JFK, Hirosima, king Harold and Dr McCoy. Yumster

To paddy. True, but you fail to realize that the bible is more or less an religious interpertation of history events, imbelished you could say, to compensate for the lack understandment of world and why thing are how they are. Such examples being: creation myths, natural diasters, why a person behave in a certain manner(witch) and even to miniscule stuff like why a person sneezes(Because your soul came out of your body). Conformity is a product to the devotion or commitment to one's belieif of reality(truth) ( which in a sense is not necessary apart of reality but is reality altogether.) In other word, there's people(many) that live in a self perpetuated lie or illuision outside of reality and that in itself thats the reality of , well, reality. lol Point being , is there historical facts in the text of the bible? Yes. Is there tales in the bible? Yes. Is there a God? Of course not, and if this was 400 yrs ago I would be hunged for blasphemy out the backwardness that nonbeneficial comformity brings. Thank all the men before that paved the way for progressive thinking in today society, because without we would be no where. Interesting how a list of comments can inspire one to think.
